Talk to a designer before
you commit to a print run.

A free 30-minute video call with a graphic designer from our team — for projects around $500 and up. Bring your logo and a rough quantity; leave with a decoration method, a placement plan, and real pricing.

This call is for you if…

  • You have a real project — a launch, a loyalty drop, a rebrand, an event — in the $500-and-up range.
  • You're not sure which decoration method (laser engraving, UV print, pad print, dye-sublimation) will actually hold up on the product you picked.
  • You have a logo file but no idea how it will look on a curved lighter body or a 63mm grinder lid.
  • You're weighing quantities against price breaks and want a real number, not a guess.

This call is not for you if…

You already know what you want and just need a proof — one product, one logo placement, no open questions. A 30-minute call is overkill for that.

Skip the call: request a free instant mockup instead — usually back within one business day, no call required.

What actually happens in 30 minutes

01

What your art looks like printed

We pull up your actual logo file on the actual product — not a flat sticker mockup — so you can see how a single-color mark reads laser-engraved into aluminum versus how full color or a photograph reads under UV print or dye-sublimation.

02

The right decoration method for THIS product

A one-color logo on a metal grinder is usually laser engraving — permanent, no ink to wear off. Gradients, photos, or strain art need UV printing or dye-sublimation. Curved surfaces like lighters and vape pens are usually pad printed. We tell you which, and why, for your specific product.

03

Placement and sizing

A grinder lid, a rolling tray, a lighter body, and a stash jar all have different usable print areas. We size your logo to the real dimensions of the product you're ordering, not a generic template.

04

Quantities and price breaks

Minimums start at 6 units on most products, with volume pricing improving at 50 and again at 250+. We work through the tiers against your budget in real numbers, live on the call.

05

A real production timeline

Standard production and shipping runs 7 to 15 business days. If you're working against a hard date — an event, a store opening — we tell you honestly whether the rush program gets you there.

Who you're meeting

A graphic designer from our team — the same person who builds and QAs the print-ready mockup you approve before anything goes into production. They work through decoration methods, placement, and color-matching every day, on the same product catalog you're ordering from.

What to have ready

Logo files

Vector if you have it — AI, EPS, or SVG. A PNG or JPG works to start the conversation.

Target quantity

Even a rough number — it changes which price tier and which decoration method make sense.

Your deadline

In-hands date, if you have one — we'll tell you whether standard or rush production gets you there.

Brand colors

Pantone codes if you have them — otherwise we'll match from your existing materials on the call.

Questions people ask before booking

Is the consultation really free?
Yes — no purchase required, no credit card, nothing to cancel. It is a 30-minute video call with a graphic designer from our team, the same person who will build your mockup if you order.
My project value is a rough guess — is that a problem?
No. The $500-and-up guideline is there so we can staff the call with the right specialist and enough time — it does not need to be exact. Tell us your best estimate when you book.
What if none of my three proposed times work for the designer?
They will counter-propose a different time by email. You can accept it with one click, or cancel and reach out through the contact page instead — you are never stuck with a time that doesn't work.
Do I need finished artwork before I book?
No. A rough logo file, a screenshot, or even just a description of what you want is enough to start the conversation. If your file needs cleanup, that is part of what the call is for.
I just need a quick mockup, not a strategy call — what should I do?
Use the free instant mockup request instead of booking a consultation slot — it's faster for a straightforward reorder or a single logo placement, with no wait for a call.
Do I need an account to book?
Yes — booking is tied to your MunchMakers account so we can confirm your order history and send your calendar invite to the right inbox. Creating one takes under a minute.

Bring the logo.
We'll bring the print samples.
