Expocannabis Uruguay

Uruguay legalized cannabis nationally in 2013, before anyone else, and Expocannabis Uruguay has been running nearly as long. The 13th edition takes over the LATU Events Center in Montevideo for two days, open 1pm to 9pm, with more than 100 exhibitors, 180+ brands and over 40 workshops and conference sessions.

The event is part trade fair, part public festival. There are medical consultation areas, live cannabis plants on display, a food plaza and an outdoor chill-out space with live shows. Because Uruguay has had a fully legal national market for over a decade, the conversations here come with actual regulatory track record behind them, which is rare anywhere in the world.

It is open to both industry professionals and the general public, and it remains the most important cannabis and hemp information platform in the region.
