Box Styles and Materials

We offer three main formats. Folding carton (tuck box) is the most cost-effective option and the standard for retail shelf placement. Rigid two-piece boxes give you a more substantial unboxing experience — thick, non-collapsible, noticeably premium. Window boxes have a die-cut opening so customers can see the grinder inside before buying. All styles are available in 18pt to 24pt cardstock.

Inserts

Every box is custom-sized to your grinder's exact dimensions — 2-piece, 4-piece, any diameter. For inserts, we offer high-density EVA foam for a secure, high-end feel; printable cardboard inserts for a more eco-forward approach; and molded pulp if you want a fully compostable option.

Print and Finish Options

Full-color printing is available in CMYK or PMS spot color matching. The most requested lamination finishes are matte and soft-touch, both of which pair well with spot UV to make logos stand out. Foil stamping in gold or silver is a common choice for higher-end product lines. Embossing and debossing are also available.

What to Put on the Box

Beyond the logo, the exterior panels give you space for a QR code, usage or cleaning instructions, social handles, cross-promotion for other SKUs, or any required compliance text for regulated markets.
