The Company provides you with a platform to design, order and purchase multiple products. Prices are shown on the website and the final amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes, is displayed before you complete payment. Payment is processed securely through PayPal Advanced Checkout, which supports the PayPal wallet, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By submitting payment you agree to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.
Refunds are governed by our 退款政策. In summary: products that have been custom designed or manufactured to order are non-returnable and non-refundable. Refunds are provided only for defective orders where proof of the defect (photos, a description of the issue, and the order number) is submitted within 14 days of delivery and verified by our team.
