How does your pricing work?
On most items we offer bulk discounts. Bulk discounts table can be found in the product page for each product. To apply the bulk discount select the quantity before adding to cart and the discount will automatically apply at checkout.
Prices include printing and set up fee.
Please note our prices do not include sales taxes, shipping, and possible import taxes for international customers.
How Quickly Can I Receive My Order?
Most orders under 100 units ship within 3-5 business days. If you pay for air shipping delivery may arrive about 3-5 days after shipment. Orders over 100 units can take between 1-3 weeks to ship.
Please note we do not guarantee delivery dates. If you need your order by a certain date contact support and we will consult for each specific case.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes, every order is supplied a unique tracking number.
Where Are You Located?
MunchMakers has production facilities and support staff all over the world but our HQ is in Delaware.
Do You Ship Outside the US?
Yes! Orders to Canada and Europe are shipped on a daily basis. Orders to Africa, S. America, Asia, Australia please contact us first for special arrangements.
Do You Offer Samples?
The answer is, it depends. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with information about your business and we can arrange a sample order.
Can I Print Trademarked Material?
Unfortunately we do not allow printing of trademarked material. If you are the trademark owner please contact us before placing an order.
What Printing Method Do You Use?
We use either UV print or laser engraving, depending on the product.
Can I See a Mockup Before Placing an Order?

What Is Your Return Policy?
We only allow refunds in the case of defect. If the customer can provide evidence of a defective order within 30 days of delivery we will offer either a resend or refund for the items in question.
