When will I receive my tracking?
Every grinder is custom made and sent to our fulfillment center in Northern California.
Please allow 5-7 business days to receive tracking.
If your order is urgent please choose DHL shipping and we will ship within our factory within 3 business days for 3-5 business days shipping.
We do not refund orders that arrive late.

Where is MunchMakers located?
Our main office is in Delaware with satellite offices in Tel Aviv, Israel and Northern California. All economy shipments go through our fulfilment center in Hayward, CA
I need to cancel my order, what do I do?
We like to ship out orders fast as we can and unfortunately we cannot cancel an order if it has already been sent.
Please notify us 24 hours from when your order was placed to assure your order is cancelled and refund granted. Otherwise we cannot promise we will be able to cancel your order.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds in 2 cases: 1.) an item was returned within 30 days of delivery. 2.) an item was received defective and unusable.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your product for any reason you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery date. Please e-mail email@example.com for more details.

What shipping service do you use?
We ship all economy customers with USPS first class mail. Normal delivery time for domestic and Canada orders ranges from 2-10 days. For international orders delivery time can range from 10-20 days. DHL express shipping is available for all orders for those who require expedited shipping.
All orders receive a working tracking number in about 4-5 business days from placing an order.
Please note we do not refund orders that are late.
