MunchMakers Shipping Policy

We know how important it is for our customers to receive products on time and that is why we pride ourselves on super fast turnaround time. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days to customers in over 150 countries that we serve. Within 5-7 business days of ordering a tracking number is sent via e-mail to monitor your shipment in real time. However, there are often limitations that are outside of our control that should be noted before placing an order.
We ship to over 150 countries including but not limited to Australia, New Zealand, all of North America, all of Europe, Singapore, all of Middle East, South Africa, Philippines, Peru, Brazil and much more. All shipments leave from our Hong Kong factory en route to our US fulfilment center in Hayward, CA. When ordering with DHL express delivery (free for orders over $150 and $30 for orders less than $150) most shipments arrive within 4-6 working days from the shipment of the order. If your order is time sensitive it is highly recommended to use this shipment option.
For economy shipping ($9.95 for orders under $50, free for orders over $50) most orders arrive within 5-8 business days. Customers in US, Canada, and W. Europe should expect closer to 5-15 business days delivery.
Please note prices do NOT include VAT and other possible customs taxes unique to the customers country. If a customer does not pay the VAT the item may be sent back and MunchMakers will not refund this order.
An order order may be delayed due to several factors outside MunchMaker’s control including national holidays, customs processing in the customers country, VAT, and other possible scenarios.
We do our very, very best and are very rarely late with deliveries. By placing an order with us the customer accepts possible delays in delivery and do not fault MunchMaker’s for a delay in delivery. We issue refunds for faulty delivery only in extreme situations or when the error is on us. We do not issue refunds for late delivery.
If a customer submits a wrong address and requests to change the address more than 24 hours after the order is placed, the customer will not be issued a refund and the order will not be resent.
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, we will begin preparing your order and will not honor your refund unless you return it within 30 days of delivery.
